Kalev

2006

The roof of the City Hall, Tallinn, 2006

The tallest monument in Estonia (7m), which was made on a private order and disappeared without a trace for years due to the bankruptcy of the client, leaving its author and makers without wages and convinced that their work had been sold for scrap.

In 2013, it was found by chance in the forests of Kilingi-Nõmme, on the shore of a beautiful lake, where it had reached after going through difficult twists and turns.
We really hope that it will reach Saaremaa one day, in memory of Aleksander Heintalu.
Kalev was made with the help of the OÜ Hansanova team.
